about the FAMILY SESSION

Outdoors

 

An outdoor session with me involves a beautiful and versatile location scouted personally, with lots of space, where children are free to roam and be themselves and parents can relax safe in the knowledge that their little ones can explore and have fun. I want to capture the everyday, you and your family out on a walk, playing and exploring. The little looks to each other, the cheeky grins, the hand holding, all of those moments which go by in a flash. 
I'll ensure that within the chosen location we have a variety of different areas to discover and that I'll use the natural light to its full potential.

I also love to capture images outdoors to incorporate the changing seasons as part of your family photos, they act as an added time stamp, the fresh spring buds, the late summer sunsets or the crisp autumn leaves.

At home

 

An at home session means snuggling up on the sofa, no need to be anywhere, the children showing me their bedrooms and favourite toys, having hot chocolates, biscuits and being able to be themselves in a familiar setting. It gives us a chance to not only capture your family, but the place you call home, so many memories are held within those walls.

Why at home?

​

• No need to bundle the family into the car to be anywhere

• Incorporate your individual home, decor and style into the session

• It doesn't matter what the weathers doing outside

• Some children (and parents) are just happier at home, so if that's you, go for an in home session!
